Terms and conditions

These terms apply to orders and quote requests made through this website. Last updated October 2026.

Quotes and orders

Prices shown in the online designer are estimates for the products and quantities it carries and are confirmed by us before production. Custom quotes are valid for 30 days. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing and, where applicable, receive a deposit.

Artwork and proofs

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, images and text you upload. We print what is approved on the proof. Please check spelling, colors, sizes and quantities carefully; changes after approval may add cost or time.

Turnaround and delivery

Standard turnaround is up to 12 business days after proof approval, and most orders finish sooner. Rush dates are quoted on request. Pickup is by appointment at our South Jordan shop; shipped orders are charged the shipping shown at checkout or on the quote.

Returns

Custom printed goods cannot be returned unless there is a production error on our part, in which case we will reprint or refund the affected pieces. Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
